   The Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften Campus Wien (HCW) (short "HCW") advertises the introduction and operation of an integrated controlling, planning and reporting system as a software-as-a-service solution for HCW and its affiliates. The solution will replace the existing controlling system and bring together financial, personnel and project controlling, multi-year budgeting, forecasting and simulation as well as management reporting on a uniform, comprehensible database. Essential are the automated connection of the existing pre-systems (in particular BMD, REXX, DOXIS, LEAP and HCW portal), the distribution and planning of personnel costs at the level of individual employees, a work-sharing planning process with around 200 decentralized planners and a self-service reporting landscape based on Power BI. The Power BI licensing is provided by HCW. The implementation is planned for 2027, the go-live from 2028. In addition to the implementation, the scope of services also includes operation, support, maintenance and further development of the solution over a contract period of several years. The aim of the present procurement procedure is therefore the conclusion of a “Contract on a Controlling, Planning and Reporting System” (short “Performance Contract”) between HCW on the one hand and the bidder listed in the present procurement procedure on the other hand.
