• The subject of the performance of a public contract (hereinafter referred to as "VZ ') is the upgrade of the existing 4 telephone exchanges (PBX) Siemens Hicom 300E for the General Faculty Hospital in Prague in the Objects of the procuring entity: • PBX VFN8 Clinic Adictology Apolinářská 4, Praha 2, • PBX VFN9 Clinic of Rehabilitation Medicine Albertov 5, Praha, • 2PBX VFN10 Institute of Biology and Medical Genetics, Purkyn Institute Albertov 4, Praha, • 2PBX VFN11 Hlavov Institutečkova 4, Praha 2, including Guarantee Service, within the scope of the minimum technical and functional specifications set out in Annex 2 of these terms (hereinafter referred to). • A closer specification of the subject of performance is given in Annex 2 to these specifications - Minimum technical and functional specification of the subject of performance (hereinafter referred to as" ZP'). • The subject matter of the performance of the contract is also defined by the binding proposal for a purchase contract for the upgrade of the communication system Siemens Hicom 300E, which is Annex 3 to these ZP.
