Абонаментно и сервизно обслужване на офис техника (компютри, преносими компютри, хардуер и софтуер, принтери, копирни машини, монитори, UPS устройства, мрежово оборудване, модеми, рутери и др. техника в извънгаранционен срок) и доставка на резервни части, материали, консумативи за офис техника за нуждите на ЦУ на ЮИДП ДП за срок от 24 месеца.

The PARTICIPANT shall have at least two (2) persons with the degree and type of educational and professional qualifications relevant in the field of subscription and service services of computers, notebook computers, hardware and software, printers, copiers, monitors, UPS devices, network equipment, modems, routers and other office equipment which are included or not included in its structure (Art. 63, para 1, item 2 of the ZOP). The contracting authority shall not determine a minimum number of employees in one office (representation). Indicate the number of employees with relevant competence and competence, describing their names and the type of relevant evidence (certificate, diploma, certificate, licence or other relevant evidence and/or document) of professional competence and other relevant certified data. The contractor shall demonstrate compliance with the selection criterion, including for third parties and subcontractors, if any and where applicable, with the requirements of the TPO.

THE PARTICIPANT MUST demonstrate its technical capabilities for the execution of the contract by declaring the actual performance of services identical or similar to the subject of the contract. Execution of not less than 1 (one) contract with a subject identical or similar to the subject of the procurement for the last three (3) years from the date of tender submission. The executed service contracts identical or similar to the subject of the procurement performed over the last three (3) years, counted from the date of tender submission, shall be described, indicating the values, dates, and recipients. BEFORE concluding the contract, in accordance with the requirements of the PPA, the contractor shall prove its compliance with the requirement for the selection criterion, including for third parties and subcontractors, if any and where applicable.
