Description

Ustawa o aplikacji mObywatel is an in-force Polish national act that establishes the legal framework for the public mObywatel app and its digital documents and services. For users, the statutory document “dokument mObywatel,” commonly called mDowód, can establish identity or Polish citizenship in Poland where the law requires an identity document.
