The bidder shall have at least three years of experience in the supply and license management of Abaqus software products to scientific or industrial customers.

The bidder must confirm that he has his own technical support unit, which is able to offer support services in German or English during normal business hours. Specifically, the bidder must be able to provide support for user subroutines in Abaqus. Advising on the development, implementation and application of Abaqus user subroutines (e.g. UMAT, VUMAT, USDFLD, DLOAD, DISP). Support in the selection of suitable subroutines for specific problems. Support in troubleshooting (e.g. compiler errors, runtime errors, numerical instabilities). Integration of the subroutines into existing Abaqus models.

If you commission subcontractors to perform the advertised service, they must be named in the following text field. Indicate whether and to what extent you use the capacities of other companies according to § 34 UVgO or § 47 VGV. Subcontractors must attach the following self-declarations. - self-declaration about the absence of exclusion grounds according to § 123 and § 124 GWB - self-declaration (EU) No. 833/2014 Furthermore, it must be confirmed that the subcontractors are available in the case of an order; their share of the scope of the contract shall be specified. DO NOT SET IN SUBSIDIARIES; PLEASE Write THE WORD "NO" IN THIS FIELD

The bidder must provide proof that it is an authorized distributor of Dassault Systèmes for the Abaqus software. This proof can be provided by an official certification or a corresponding confirmation from the manufacturer.
