Acquisition of software licences allowing the extension of the collaborative platform for 3D modelling, project management and simulation "Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE", already used at the University of Aix – Marseille

-The purpose of this contract is to acquire software licences allowing the extension of the collaborative platform for 3D modelling, project management and simulation "Dassault systems 3DEXPERIENCE" already used at the University of Aix – Marseille. -This is a single-attribute framework agreement executed as purchase orders are issued in accordance with the provisions of articles L2125-1, R2162-1 to R2162-6 and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Code of Public Order (this is the new name of the "market with an economic operator"). -This is a renewable market (Article R2112-4 of the Code of Public Order) The contract shall take effect on the date of receipt of its notification by the holder for an initial period of 12 months. It may then be renewed for a period of 12 months by tacit extension of the university without its total duration exceeding 48 months. If the contracting authority decides not to renew the contract, it shall inform the holder of its decision not later than 2 months before the end of the contract validity by letter (LRAR or via the PLACE platform). The non-renewal of the contract shall not entitle the holder to any compensation or compensation. The holder shall be bound by his contractual obligations until the end of the period of validity of the current contract. The framework agreement does not have a minimum threshold but has a maximum threshold: Maximum threshold: 1 000 000 € VAT/year This maximum threshold corresponds to the maximum university budget over the year. VOLUMETRY ELEMENTS ( NON-CONTRACTUAL DATA): - Estimated value in the first year of the contract (flat-rate share + unit share) (non-contractual information): €368,050 tax excl. - Estimated value of the contract from the second year and for the following years in case of renewal (non-contractual information): €253,500 tax excl. Additional clarification: The total estimated value for the second year of performance of the contract is given for information purposes. It is independent of and cannot prejudge the estimated value of the purchase order portion for the first year of performance. The acquisition of licences is carried out on all the sites of the University 'Aix - Marseille in a dematerialised way. The accompanying services can be carried out in distanciel or on site ONLY at the AMU sites in Marseille and Aix - in Provence
