Administrative and operational support of server and structural infrastructure with SOC support for SWSZ in Szczecin

This condition, in terms of experience, will be deemed to be fulfilled if the Contractor demonstrates that during the last 3 years from the date on which the time limit for the submission of tenders expires (and if the period of business is shorter – during that period) he has carried out, and in the case of recurrent or continuous benefits, - he shall perform (in this case, the value of the part of the contract realised) at least: 1 (one) service (the service is understood to be the performance of work on the basis of 1 contract) consisting of carrying out maintenance work for the health unit or units for a period of at least 12 months, at a maximum amount of PLN 800 000,00. In the case of services still provided, the value of the part of the service rendered until the deadline for the submission of tenders must be not less than PLN 800 000,00 gross and the service should be provided for at least 12 months. The scope of the service activities performed as part of the service provided to demonstrate compliance with the condition of participation in the procedure must include at least: server (physical and virtual) server support, server based virtualization systems and common memory resource, hardware firewall support, third layer network switch. Attention! Contractors jointly applying for a contract (e.g. consortia, civil companies) are required, pursuant to Article 117(4) of the PPP, to make a declaration in the tender form, which will result in the services for which performance of the Contracting Authority required training, professional qualifications or experience, to perform individual contractors jointly applying for the contract.

This condition, in terms of persons assigned by the Contractor to execute the contract, shall be deemed fulfilled if the Contractor demonstrates that it has or will have at its disposal: a) at least 2 persons with knowledge and experience in: implementation of network and system environments based on Microsoft Server platforms, including installation and configuration of system components, and with knowledge and experience in managing these environments and troubleshooting them, including system administration and user support while meeting the requirements for Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or equivalent requirements, i.e., defined at an equivalent or higher quality level, confirmed by a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) certificate or another equivalent document (attestation); b) at least 1 person with knowledge and experience in defining and characterizing the key attack techniques used by hackers, identifying and analyzing vulnerabilities to hacker attacks in an organization, as well as in creating intrusion detection policies on IDS/IPS devices, meeting the requirements for Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) or other equivalent requirements, i.e., defined at a quality level no lower than CEH, confirmed by a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certificate or another equivalent document (attestation); c) at least 1 person with knowledge and experience in the deployment, management, and troubleshooting of vSphere V6.7 infrastructure, using practices that meet the requirements set for VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization (VCP-DCV) or other equivalent requirements, i.e., defined at a quality level no lower than VCP-DCV, confirmed by a VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization (VCP-DCV) certificate or another equivalent document (attestation); d) at least 1 person with knowledge and experience in configuring and troubleshooting the Contracting Authority's Extreme Networks network switches, using practices that meet the requirements set for Extreme Certified Associate in Extreme Switching or other equivalent requirements, i.e., defined at a quality level no lower than Extreme Certified Associate in Extreme Switching, confirmed by an Extreme Certified Associate in Extreme Switching certificate or another equivalent document (attestation); e) at least 1 person with knowledge and experience in configuring and troubleshooting the Contracting Authority's NAC-class network access control system, Extreme Networks Control, using practices that meet the requirements set for Extreme Control Certified Associate in Extreme Control or other equivalent requirements, i.e., defined at a quality level no lower than Extreme Control Certified Associate in Extreme Control, confirmed by an Extreme Control Certified Associate in Extreme Control certificate or another equivalent document (attestation); f) at least 1 person with knowledge and experience in configuring and troubleshooting the Contracting Authority's network management system Extreme Networks Site Engine, using practices that meet the requirements set for ExtremeCloud IQ Certified Associate in Extreme Cloud IQ - Site Engine or other equivalent requirements, i.e., defined at a quality level no lower than ExtremeCloud IQ Certified Associate in Extreme Cloud IQ - Site Engine, confirmed by an ExtremeCloud IQ Certified Associate in Extreme Cloud IQ - Site Engine certificate or another equivalent document (attestation); g) at least 1 person with knowledge and experience in deploying, managing, and troubleshooting WLAN infrastructure, using practices that meet the requirements set for CWNP Certified Wireless Network Administrator or other equivalent requirements, i.e., defined at a quality level no lower than CWNP Certified Wireless Network Administrator, confirmed by a CWNP Certified Wireless Network Administrator certificate or another equivalent document (attestation); h) at least 1 person with knowledge and experience in configurin…

This condition, in terms of persons targeted by the Contractor to complete the order, will be deemed to be met if the Contractor demonstrates that he has or will have: h) at least 1 person with the knowledge and experience of configuration and resolution of problems in the scope of configuration and resolution of problems in the scope of the Purchaser's sonicwall NSA5600 firewalls, using practices that meet the requirements set out for Certified SonicWall Network Security Professional (SNSP) or other equivalent, i) at least 1 person with the knowledge and experience of configuration and resolution of problems in the scope of configuration and refurbishment of the Saleser's network Security Professional (SNSP) at least 1 person with the knowledge of the software, i.e. at least 1 person with the knowledge and lower experience of the software at the Controller's network. Using practices that meet the requirements for PCAP - Certified Associate in Python Programming or other equivalents, i.e. defined at a lower quality level than PCAP - Certified Associate in Python Programming, certified by PCAP - Certified Associate in Python Programming or other equivalent document (certificate) m) at least 2 people with at least 5 years of experience in server and virtual server administration; n) at least 2 people with at least 5 years of professional experience in configuration and management of ICT networks;
