Company Presentation - The contractor presents their company and performance profile in relation to the subject matter of the contract. Essential company-related information such as - headquarters - branches - year of establishment - number of employees, including the number of employees related to the subject of the contract, must be addressed.
Company description according to §§ 123, 124 GWB - The contractor confirms in the form of a self-declaration the absence of grounds for exclusion according to §§ 123, 124 of the Act against Restrictions of Competition (GWB). Evidence may also be provided in whole or in part through participation in prequalification schemes. In this case, this means the existence and submission of a valid AVPQ certificate (e.g. PQ-VOL certificate)
Business liability insurance - The contractor provides proof of business liability insurance for personal, property, and financial damage with a coverage amount of at least 1 million euros each. If insurance of this amount does not exist, a self-declaration is sufficient, stating that such insurance will be taken out upon award of the contract.
Reference - The contractor must provide at least three comparable reference projects, of which one must be in the public sector, successfully completed within the last five years, or currently in operation. The reference projects must include services for the development, further development, or maintenance of a web-based specialized procedure of comparable complexity. Proof must be provided through the submission of references.
