The bidder confirms that all project documents, concepts, manuals and training documents are provided in German and that the project communication (workshops, meetings, votes) is carried out exclusively in German and that during the term of the contract, only contact persons and employees who speak and write the German language (level C1) can be used for fulfilling the contract.
