What the buyer wants
1. The subject of the contract is: (a) the provision of technical assistance services to the Computer Programme, (b) the provision of consulting services to the Computer Programme, in accordance with the requirements set out in this Procurement Terms Specification. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in the annexes to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the contract (OPP), the Price Form and the Designed Provisions of the Agreement (model of the agreement with the annexes). 3. Place of completion of the order: the headquarters of the Contracting Office of Technical Supervision ul. Szczebnicka 34, 02-353 Warsaw. 4. Term of performance: The contract will be provided by the Contractor to the Contractor for a period of 36 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, but no earlier than 01.01.2027 in accordance with the prices given in the price form and in the offer, which are annexed No. 1 to the contract.
