Information requirement: the tenderer shall specify in the ESPD at least one comparable reference for services performed within the last three years from the closing date of the tender. For each reference, the tenderer shall indicate: the name of the customer / recipient, a description of the services performed, the time / period of execution and the contract value or value of the services performed. In the case of ongoing contracts, only the part of the service performed before the closing date for the award of the contract may be included in the evaluation. Minimum requirements: It is a minimum requirement that the tenderer can demonstrate at least one comparable reference. A comparable reference is a contract or task relating to the misdirection, preventive maintenance and technical support of CNS installations or equivalent safety and operational-critical aeronautical facilities.
