The applicant / bidder has to provide proof of registration in a professional or commercial register or proof in another way of the permitted professional practice. In the case of participation as a candidate/tendering group, the proof shall be submitted by each member of the candidate/tendering group. As part of the qualifying loan, the proof must also be provided by the corresponding companies.

In the case of participation of a candidate/tenderer group, it is mandatory for all members to indicate which undertaking is authorised to make and accept declarations for the candidate/tenderer group with effect for and against the candidate/tenderer group or to conclude and implement the subsequent contract. Members of a candidate/tenderer group shall be jointly and severally liable to the contracting entity. For the companies participating in a candidate/tenderer group, please indicate in Form 4.2 EU which share of the service they each assume. The application for participation / the offer of an applicant / tenderer community must be signed / signed by the authorized representative. In the case of participation as a candidate/tendering group, the Annex E1 Company Statement must be submitted by each member of the candidate/tendering group. Existence of an occupational liability insurance/professional liability insurance cover (not older than 3 months) at the time of award and maintenance over the entire contract period of at least 3 million. Demonstration of the operation of a recognised information security management system (e.g. according to ISO/IEC 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz) of the company or companies intended to operate the communication system. Note: Certification must be maintained throughout the contract period

Presentation of the experience with the provision, operation and maintenance as well as customized further development of an e-mail communication system based on OX by proof of a comparable reference project of the company from the last 5 years. For this purpose, use the attached form "E2.1 self-declaration on references".

Proof of recognized certification in process and IT quality management (e.g., in accordance with ISO 9001) Note: The certification must be maintained throughout the entire contract term. Proof of valid certificate

Experience in the provision, operation and maintenance as well as customized development of an e-mail communication system based on OX in the education sector by proof of at least one other comparable reference project of the company from the last 5 years. For this purpose, use the attached form "E2.2 Self-declaration on references".

Experience with the provision, operation, and maintenance as well as customized further development of an email communication system based on OX for at least 5,000 users through proof of a comparable reference project of the company from the last 5 years. "E2.3 Self-declaration on references" is to be used.

Presentation of qualifications and experience of the project managers intended for the execution of the contract with at least 3 years of professional experience in the present environment. The following requirements are to be explicitly described: 1. relevant professional qualifications (professional career, completed studies in the field of computer science, technology, information technology or comparable, ideally master's degree, if applicable additional qualifications, further / further training) 2. relevant professional experience with the management of IT projects, in particular hosting projects (personal reference projects) Please use attached form "E3.1 Self-declaration of references"
