Comprehensive IT services of the General Directorate of National Roads and Motorways Branch in Katowice together with subordinate units

The contractor must demonstrate experience in the performance of services in public administration units and, in the case of services which are repeated or continuous also in the performance, during the last 5 years before the deadline for the submission of tenders, and if the duration of the activity is shorter, during that period: a minimum of two services (orders) consisting in providing IT service in public administration units, in which at least: (a) IT support of at least 200 computer positions connected to the common network, (b) IT support of at least 10 servers, (c) ensuring the continuity of computer hardware, IT network and software, (d) repair and maintenance of hardware and software, (e) maintenance of computer systems and software, (f) IT consulting services. The contractor must demonstrate that each of the above services has been carried out or is in the course of continuous execution for a period of at least 12 months before the deadline for the submission of tenders. As a single service (order) The customer understands one deal. NOTE: In the case of Contractors jointly applying for a contract, one Contractor must demonstrate all the required experience described above. The condition will not be met if all Contractors have shown the required experience in total, but none of them has shown themselves the entire required experience described above. In order to confirm that the Contractor has fulfilled the conditions for participation in the proceedings, the Contractor shall submit: - a list of services performed and, in the case of services which are repeated or continuous, also carried out over the last 5 years, and if the duration of the activity is shorter, within that period, together with their values, subject matter, dates of performance and entities for which the services have been performed or are carried out, and shall attach evidence indicating whether those services have been carried out or are carried out duly, with the evidence referred to, references or other documents drawn up by the entity for which the services have been performed and, in the case of services which are repeated or continuous, and if the Contractor is unable to obtain such documents, the Contractor's statement; in the case of services which are repeated or continued to be carried out, or other documents supporting their proper performance should be issued within the last 3 months. The period of 5 years or 3 months referred to above shall be retroactive from the date on which the time limit for the submission of tenders expires.
