1. Lot 1Part 1

   1. PART I – comprehensive cybersecurity audit service and development and implementation of the Information Security Management System. 2. The detailed description of PART I of the order is set out in Annex 2 to the specifications of the contract conditions, hereinafter referred to as SWZ. 3. The descriptions in Annex 2 to the SWZ contain minimum requirements for services covered by the contract, meaning that the contractor may offer services with better technical or useful parameters. 4. In any case, where contracting entities in the EGM rely on standards, European technical assessments, approvals, certificates, technical specifications and reference systems, equivalent solutions described and the words ‘or equivalent’ shall apply. 5. The implementation of the services covered by the contract will take place on the days of work of the Contracting Authority, with the contractor's own efforts and at the expense and risk of the contractor, at the contracting office – Lubawa, 18 Toruńska Street. 6. The Contractor is obliged to carry out the order in accordance with the principles of modern knowledge, applicable regulations, standards and compliance with the principles of occupational safety and health.

   1. CZĘŚĆ II – przeprowadzenie szkoleń z zakresu cyberbezpieczeństwa. 2. Szczegółowy opis CZĘŚCI II zamówienia znajduje się w załączniku nr 3 do SWZ. 3. Opisy znajdujące się w załączniku nr 3 do SWZ zawierają minimalne wymagania odnośnie usług objętych przedmiotem zamówienia co oznacza, że wykonawca może zaoferować usługi charakteryzujące się lepszymi parametrami technicznymi lub użytkowymi. 4. W każdym przypadku, gdy zamawiający w SWZ powołuje się na normy, europejskie oceny techniczne, aprobaty, certyfikaty, specyfikacje techniczne i systemy referencji, dopuszcza się rozwiązania równoważne opisywanym i zastosowanie mają wyrazy „lub równoważne”. 5. Realizacja usług objętych przedmiotem zamówienia nastąpi w dniach pracy zamawiającego, własnym staraniem wykonawcy i na koszt i ryzyko wykonawcy, w siedzibie zamawiającego – Lubawa, ul. Toruńska 18. 6. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do realizacji zamówienia zgodnie z zasadami współczesnej wiedzy, obowiązującymi przepisami, normami oraz z poszanowaniem zasad bezpieczeństwa i higieny pracy.
