Eligibility: Minimum requirements for economic and financial capacity can be met by one of the following two ways: 1. Either by financial ratios from the last three years: • Applicants must provide information on own funds for the last three financial years completed. o The applicant's own funds must be positive in all three financial years completed. • Applicants must provide information on the degree of solidity of the last three financial years completed. o The degree of solidity of applicants must be at least 15% in all three financial years completed. 2. Or in the case of collateral: • The tenderer must include, as part of the offer, a declaration by a recognised financial institution with a prior commitment to issue a demand guarantee of DKK 300,000,00 when the contract is concluded, or equivalent security. A recognised financial institution is considered to be legally established and subject to financial supervision in an EU / EEA country. The security shall be maintained throughout the compulsory duration of the contract.

Suitable: At least 2 comparable references within the last 3 years. A "comparable reference" means the provision of a digital solution for training purposes in technical areas based on and including a visualization and simulation environment. A maximum of 4 references is desired. Where more than four references are provided, the contracting entity will rely only on the four first references listed in the ESPD. "Within the last 3 years" means references which are or have been in progress within a period of 3 years prior to the application deadline. For uncompleted references only the services completed are assessed. Selection: The selection will be made on the basis of the following criteria: if more than three conditional applications meet the minimum requirements set out in point 7.2 of the contract conditions, the contracting entity will prequalify the three best applicants on the basis of the most relevant references in the application in relation to the specific task offered. Contracting entities will emphasise the extent to which the references illustrate the greatest comparability with the areas listed in point 7.2, which are part of the task offered, including a high level of inclusion in the references: - 3D simulation tools and interactive learning activities More comparable references weigh higher than few. Completed references are assessed higher than ongoing.
