Construction and refurbishment of the Sport Campus

The tender shall be accompanied by at least two appropriate references relating to supply and service contracts carried out earlier and comparable in terms of the subject-matter and value of the contract over the last three years or less (the relevant date being the time limit for submission of the tender). To the extent necessary to ensure sufficient competition, WDR will also take into account relevant contracts more than three years ago.

The references shall relate to services which are comparable in terms of task and complexity to the tendered contract. Relevant contracts from WDR or other broadcasters can also be taken into account as references, provided that they are submitted in the correct form and meet the required criteria. Comparability is based on the following criteria:

• type and scope of installation, especially in the areas: o Technical setup / complexity --> Integration of devices in (existing) SMPTE-2110
• network using an orchestra (e.g. Video IPath) --> Integration of the BFE KSC-Core broadcast controller for controlling all advertised devices Resource management
• project value
• at least EUR 5 million net The presentation of the references must continue to contain the following information:
• name and address of the contracting entity;
• Contract value/turnover in TEUR
• Short description of the reference project/contract (including the naming of significant subcontractors with a percentage of own share/subcontractor input measured by the order volume).
• Enter a German-speaking contact person of the reference customer with telephone number and/or e-mail address. Information on the references shall be provided for each of the references in the "Appendix
• References". The annex shall be submitted together with the tender. The WDR reserves the right to check the individual references. The verification shall be based solely on the information provided by the tenderer. The tenderer must therefore ensure that the information requested by the contracting authority is complete and correct.If and to the extent that the tenderer makes use of references from subcontractors within the framework of a suitability loan, only those references of the subcontractor which are comparable in content with the part of the service which the subcontractor is specifically to provide within the framework of the service offered shall be permitted. The suitability loan shall be identified in the reference.

The tenderer shall attach to the tender a self-declaration of the staffing. The following declarations are to be made in the annex "Self-declaration Special Fitness Requirements": (1) The tenderer declares that he/she employs the following permanent staff with the following qualifications:

• a project manager and a deputy project manager (2 persons
• system engineer) -> with an academic degree in Media Engineering (or equivalent) recognised in Europe with a Bachelor's degree or higher and --> with at least five years of professional experience as a project manager in the field of media technology (or comparable)
• at least two other persons, --> working as a planning engineer, --> with an academic degree in media technology (or comparable) recognised in Europe with a Bachelor's degree or higher and
• three years of professional experience as a project engineer in the field of media technology (or comparable). or --> at least five years of professional experience in the implementation of broadcast equipment and --> at least two successfully completed projects as a senior planning engineer and --> Experience working with the common project manager tools such as MS Office 365, MS Visio and Auto CAD.The tenderer declares that he has sufficient human resources to provide the services in accordance with the specifications of services in a timely and professional manner with permanent employees who have the qualifications specified under (1).
