What the buyer wants
The study union wants to develop a multimodal model of travel covering its territory. This tool will be an instrument of technical support for decision-making on public mobility policies and choice of accommodation. The territory is affected by several major structural projects (new LGV station, hospital centre, western urban boulevard, interchange facilities, deviations, road rehabilitation, SERM Toulouse). The tool will simulate the impact of these projects on travel, scale its effects and bring the different infrastructure and mobility services projects into line. The framework agreement shall be concluded without a minimum amount and shall contain a maximum amount of EUR 400 000 HT for the duration of the contract
