It is envisaged that users of the State Budget, Accounting and Payment System (hereinafter referred to as "VBAMS ') will be provided with the technical specification (hereinafter referred to as" Technical Specification') referred to in point 14 ("Services'). The indicative volume of service activities referred to in point 14 of the Technical Specification (calculated during specialist working hours) between 200 and 500 working hours during the period of performance of the Service Contract is envisaged.
