1. Lot 1Delivery and assembly and maintenance of the ZTM Passenger Counting System

   PLN 7.1m · 84 months

   First task – delivery and assembly and maintenance of the Passenger Counting System for 181 ZTM Operators buses. The task is to equip 23 buses of type BN and 23 buses of type CN PKM Gliwice Sp. z o.o., 90 buses of type BN and 45 buses of type CN PKM Katowice Sp. z o.o., manufactured not earlier than 2014, carrying out transport on behalf of ZTM Katowice, in 611 sensors and 181 central units, Switch-y, GSM communication modules/at least 4G in the LTE or newer standard, GPS locators and an appropriate number of batteries. The task was divided into three parts. Part one includes the implementation: (a) Supply, installation and commissioning of equipment on buses, including the necessary equipment and wiring, as well as software for this equipment, (b) Obtaining a certificate from SZP GZM contractor (as defined in the integration agreement with the Annexes) of the solution provided to buses (if the Contractor for the solution provided does not have such a solution), (c) Integration of the delivered equipment with the Central GZM Passenger Counting System (SZP GZM) software for the data to be transmitted in accordance with the requirements of the SZP, (d) Preparation and delivery of the performance documentation, (e) Ensure correct operation during the implementation period on the principles set out in Part Two. Part two includes maintenance of the ‘SZP Vehicle’: (a) Guarantee and Service of the System, (b) In the case of indirect server type connection, the server maintenance and service provided by the Contractor of the IPN proxy and communication server and VPN tunnel, including the ability of the Contractor and the persons indicated by him to report by ZTM and fault operators for the above elements 24 hours a day /for 7 days a week /365 days a year, c) In the case of an indirect server type connection, the server performs the activities included in the Output Procedure to ensure the Ordering Party continues to operate the solution after the end of the contract with the Contractor, in particular the assignment to the Contracting Party held by the Contractor to a separate APN network, as well as the launch at the location indicated by the Ordering Party of the intermediate server solution, together with the transfer of a license allowing the use of the software installed by the Contractor. The contractor guarantees the correct operation of the solution during the warranty contract period; d) Termination of the Agreement, sending all data on the proxy server to the GZM cloud resources so that the functionality of the solution used is preserved. Part Three includes the option right: an option contract which includes the possibility to extend the maintenance period to a full or limited extent for a period of not more than 5 years. Part Three will be implemented according to contractual terms as for Part Two. The details of the options are described in the draft provisions of the agreement annexed to the WWZ.

2. Lot 2Delivery and assembly and maintenance of the ZTM Passenger Counting System

   Drugie zadanie – dostawa i montaż oraz utrzymanie Systemu Zliczania Pasażerów dla 103 tramwajów Spółki Tramwaje Śląskie S.A. Zadanie zakłada doposażenie 103 tramwajów Spółki Tramwaje Śląskie S.A. (13 wagonów MF 10 AC.; 3 wagony MF 11 AC BD; 49 wagonów 116Ndm, 2017N oraz 38 wagonów 2012N i 2012N-10), wyprodukowanych nie wcześniej niż w 2000 roku, realizujących przewozy na zlecenie ZTM Katowice, w 519 czujników oraz po 103 jednostki centralne, Switche, moduły komunikacyjne GSM/co najmniej 4G w standardzie LTE lub nowszym, lokalizatory GPS i odpowiednią liczbę akumulatorów – z zastrzeżeniem rozdziału V, ust. 4 OPZ. Zadanie zostało podzielone na trzy części. Część pierwsza obejmuje wdrożenie „SZP Pojazd”: a) Dostawę, instalację i uruchomienie sprzętu w tramwajach wraz z niezbędnym osprzętem i okablowaniem, jak również oprogramowaniem dla tego sprzętu; b) Uzyskanie certyfikatu od wykonawcy SZP GZM (porozumienie dotyczące integracji wraz z załącznikami) dostarczanego do tramwajów rozwiązania (jeśli Wykonawca dla dostarczonego rozwiązania takiego nie posiada); c) Integrację dostarczonego sprzętu z oprogramowaniem centralnym Systemu Zliczania Pasażerów GZM (SZP GZM) w zakresie przekazywanych danych zgodnie z wymogami OPZ; d) Przygotowanie i dostarczenie dokumentacji powykonawczej; e) Zapewnienie poprawnego działania w okresie wdrożenia na zasadach określonych w części drugiej. Część druga obejmuje utrzymanie „SZP Pojazd”: a) Gwarancję i serwis Systemu; b) W przypadku połączenia pośredniego typu serwer – serwer utrzymanie i serwis dostarczonego przez Wykonawcę serwera pośredniczącego i łączności APN oraz tunelu VPN, w tym możliwość zgłaszania przez Zamawiającego i osoby przez niego wskazane ze strony ZTM i Operatorów usterek dla ww. elementów 24 godziny dziennie /przez 7 dni w tygodniu /365 dni w roku; c) Zakończenie Umowy, przesłanie wszystkich danych dotyczących serwera pośredniczącego do zasobów chmurowych GZM, tak aby zachowana została funkcjonalność zastosowanego rozwiązania. Część trzecia obejmuje prawo opcji: zamówienie w prawie opcji, która obejmuje możliwość wydłużenia okresu utrzymania w pełnym lub ograniczonym zakresie o okres nie dłuższy niż 5 lat. Część trzecia będzie realizowana według postanowień umownych jak dla części drugiej. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 3 do SWZ.
