What the buyer wants
1. The subject of the contract is: 1) delivery, installation, configuration, implementation and commissioning of a complete HCI-class solution (Hyperconverted Infrastructure) in the form of an Appliance, together with the necessary software, licenses, subscriptions, manufacturer support, accessories, wiring, documentation and migration service, 2) provision of warranty and warranty service for the equipment supplied as part of the delivered solution and Software, provided by the manufacturer or authorized service of the manufacturer for a period of 60 months from the date of signature of the receiving protocol referred to in § 2(3), under the terms set out in § 5 of the Designed Contract (PPU). 2. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in the Description of the subject matter of the contract (OPP), which constitutes Annex No 1 to the WZ and in the PPU, which constitute Annex No 2 to the WZ.
