Delivery and implementation of a multi-tenant security platform including related services

The purpose of the performance of the public contract is to supply and implement a comprehensive solution for the protection of terminal equipment and detection, investigation and response to cyber security threats, including related functions for the processing of security data, automation of security processes, threat intelligence and orchestration of responses to security incidents. Part of the subject matter of the transaction is the provision of licensing authorisations and provision of related services. The delivered solution must be provided as a unified, centrally managed multi-tenant security platform with a web console and unified management. The solution shall allow protection of at least 5,000 end-devices and at the same time processing of at least 250 GB of data per day from external sources, in particular from security, network, authentication and other contracting entities' systems. The implementation must also include functionalities enabling centralised collection, processing and analysis of security data, detection and evaluation of cyber threats, support for investigations into security incidents, use of resources of threat intelligence and automation and orchestration of responses to security incidents. (b) the implementation, configuration and integration of the Platform into the environment of the contracting entity, including its entry into service, up to a maximum of 50 manpower (MD); The solution shall be designed in a multi-tenant architecture enabling the operation of a central superior environment of the contracting entity and of two separate subordinates. Each tenant shall be separated from each other logically, including the separation of relevant data, configuration, user permissions and administration, while the central environment shall allow their management and supervision to the extent specified by the technical requirements. Multitentive architecture shall allow the use of the supplied solution for the provision of security services to third parties, in particular customers of the contracting entity, by means of separate tenants. The contracting authority shall be entitled to create and operate additional independent tenants beyond the basic scope of the filling and to expand the number of protected terminal equipment and the volume of processed external data according to its needs. The performance shall also include the possibility of central management of the licence and data capacities and their allocation to individual tenants within the overall scope of the licence and data capacities of the contracting entity. The solution must allow further expansion of the number of tenants and capacities during the contract period. The technical requirements for the Security Platform are set out in Annex 2 to this WD - Requirement form. The supplier is obliged to complete this form in his offer for each requirement by stating "YES - meets" or "NO - does not". In the case where the supplier indicates "YES - meets' on the request, he shall at the same time indicate a specific method of verifying compliance (e.g. by reference to specific documentation). All requirements set out in Annex No 2 to this ZD shall be binding and binding on the performance of the contract. In the event that the supplier indicates" NO - does not 'for any requirement, he does not meet the relevant requirement of the contracting authority and his tender may be excluded from the procurement procedure in accordance with the call for tender.
