Portal solution for registration of parking authorisations (PPMO)

The contracting authority shall seek digital modernisation of its individual agendas. One of these agendas is the city's parking policy of Olomouc (also called PPMO). Currently, the territorial scope of the parking policy is only valid for two parking zones (A and B). In the planned extension to zones C and D (including their sub-areas), it is also necessary to adapt and strengthen the existing part of the PPMO which provides for the registration of parking authorisations. Therefore, the contracting authority has decided to ensure the acquisition of the services of the new modern system for the registration of parking authorisations, with the help of these services optimising the faster handling of citizens, connecting to the registers of the government, connecting to other PPMO systems for more efficient processing of the transmitted data and also achieving a modern graphical interface according to current trends. The provision of services by the system for the registration of parking authorisations must also meet all current legislative and security requirements. (a) carrying out the analysis of the requirements, processing and execution of the target concept, establishing and starting up the Portal solution for the registration of parking authorisations (hereinafter referred to as "PPMO Portal Solutions"), data migration, data migration, testing, training, licensing and all other related transactions required for the proper operation of the PPMO Portal Solutions; (b) the provision of PPMO Portal Solutions as a service (service mode), its maintenance and support, the provision of IT infrastructure necessary for the operation of the PPMO Portal Solutions; (c) the provision of development services, analytical and methodological services, the implementation of change requirements and the provision of other related transactions based on the requirements of the contracting authority. The more detailed specification of the subject-matter is the content of the relevant parts of the procurement documents (hereinafter referred to as the "ZD '), in particular Annexes 2 and 3 of the ZD. The types of parking authorisations are described in the framework in Annex 12 ZD. The types of parking authorisations may vary over time.
