What the buyer wants
"Supply, implementation and integration of a single process environment for the handling of labour matters together with services supporting the digital availability of the Kazimierz Pulaski University" divided into the following stages: L.p. Stage 1 – Contracting Servers requires: 001. delivery, configuration and commissioning of 2 L.p. production servers. Stage 2 – Installation and configuration The Contracting Authority requires: 002. installation of the process environment for handling labour matters and services supporting digital availability with the transfer of license, 003. execution of the launch configuration, L.p. Stage 3 – Implementation and training The Contracting Authority requires: 004. implementation of business processes indicated in the Chapter "Processes implemented at the Radom University named after Kazimierz Pulaski" in OPZ together with integrations, 005. launch of the production process environment for handling labour affairs and services supporting digital availability. 006. delivery of Post-executive Documentation and Application Documentation (instructions) 007. conducting software support training – extended scope – for system administrators of 8 h for each group, 008. conducting software maintenance training – basic scope for users of 4 h for each group.
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest „Dostawa, wdrożenie oraz integracja jednolitego środowiska procesowego do obsługi spraw pracowniczych wraz z usługami wspierającymi dostępność cyfrową Uniwersytetu Radomskiego im. Kazimierza Pułaskiego” podzielona na następujące Etapy: L.p. Etap 1 – Serwery Zamawiający wymaga: 001. dostawy, konfiguracji i uruchomienia 2 serwerów produkcyjnych L.p. Etap 2 – Instalacja i konfiguracja Zamawiający wymaga: 002. instalacji środowiska procesowego do obsługi spraw pracowniczych i usług wspierających dostępność cyfrową wraz z przekazaniem licencji, 003. wykonania konfiguracji uruchomieniowej, L.p. Etap 3 – Wdrożenie i szkolenia Zamawiający wymaga: 004. implementacji procesów biznesowych wskazanych w Rozdziale „Procesy realizowane w Uniwersytecie Radomskim im. Kazimierza Pułaskiego” w OPZ wraz z integracjami, 005. uruchomienia produkcyjnego środowiska procesowego do obsługi spraw pracowniczych i usług wspierających dostępność cyfrową. 006. dostarczenia Dokumentacji powykonawczej i Dokumentacji użytkowej (instrukcje) 007. przeprowadzenia szkoleń z obsługi oprogramowania – zakres rozszerzony - dla administratorów systemu w wymiarze 8 h dla każdej grupy, 008. przeprowadzenia szkoleń z obsługi oprogramowania – zakres podstawowy dla użytkowników w wymiarze 4 h dla każdej grupy.
