Delivery, installation and launch of an internal library book for the Mazowiecka Academy in Płock.

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a new and unused object of the order, which consists of the delivery, assembly and launch of one internal library book for the needs of the Mazowiecka Academy in Płock. The device is to be equipped with a minimum of 40 compartments. The contractor is obliged to complete the integration of the bookbook with the library system PROLIB, which is currently used by the Contracting Authority. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order (OPZ) includes Department II of SWZ. The contract will be carried out on the terms set out in the OGA and the draft terms of the contract constituting Section III of the SWZ. 2. The Contracting Authority requires that the subject matter of the contract, including all ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes used for the performance of the contract, both as main elements and components, elements of the service environment or accompanying solutions, does not include: 2.1. ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes indicated in the recommendation referred to in Article 33(4) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the National Cybersecurity System (i.e. OJ of 2026 item 20), stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of State security. 2.2. an ICT product, the type of which is specified in the decision to consider a supplier as a high risk provider as referred to in Article 67b(15) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on a national cybersecurity system, or ICT services or ICT processes as defined in that decision.
