Delivery of a safety licence to the DNS system

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and implementation by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority of an IT solution covering the functionality of protection of users against threats based on the DNS protocol (System) according to the Offer: by extending the subscriptions provided by the Contracting Authority, by additional security tokens for 44,000 devices, or by providing an equivalent solution meeting the requirements set out in the OPC and by configuring the System, in a manner necessary for the correct operation of the System. 2. Under the subject of the contract, the Contractor undertakes in particular: 1) to provide, implement and configure the System; 2) to perform the Documentation, 3) to carry out the transfer of knowledge in the form of workshops for persons designated by the Contracting Authority, 4) to grant or ensure that any licenses required for the proper operation of the System, as a whole as well as individual elements thereof, are granted to the Contracting Authority, 5) to transfer to the Contracting Authority the copyright to the Documentation developed by the Contracting Authority under the Agreement, 6) to grant the Contracting Authority the Guarantee on the contract provided The system for a period of 36 months from the date of signature without reservation of the Protocol for the Implementation of the System and provide guarantee services during that period, as part of the remuneration resulting from the Agreement.
