Contract award may be requested by Contractors who fulfil the conditions for participation in the procedure in accordance with Article 112(2) of the Ppp Act concerning technical or professional capacity: The contractor must demonstrate knowledge and experience in execution, during the last 3 years before the deadline for the submission of tenders, and if the period of business is shorter - during that period, the supply of at least 200 LTE/5G routers providing bilateral communication.
