Award criteria
The full criteria and their weights, as published in the notice.
Lot 1
- Price60%
The price will be allocated to the criterion according to the formula: The value of the lowest bid divided by the value of the tender being tested, then multiplied by 100, then multiplied by 0,6, which equals the point value for the tender being tested, to two decimal places.
- Warranty period40%
1. Under the "Warranty period" criterion, the Contractor may obtain a maximum of 40 points. 2. The Contracting Authority requires a quality warranty for all offered equipment for a minimum period of 24 months (required period). Offering a warranty period shorter than 24 months will result in the rejection of the tender pursuant to Article 226(1)(5) of the Public Procurement Law Act as inconsistent with the procurement documents. 3. The maximum scored warranty period is 60 months. In the event of offering a warranty period longer than 60 months, the Contracting Authority will assume a period of 60 months for the calculation of points in this criterion. 4. Points in the "Warranty period" criterion (Pg) will be awarded based on the proportional mathematical formula: Pg = [ ( Goff - Gmin ) / ( Gmax - Gmin ) ] x W where: • Pg – the number of points awarded to the evaluated tender in the "Warranty period" criterion (calculated to two decimal places), • Goff – the warranty period offered in the evaluated tender, specified in full months (not shorter than 24 and not longer than 60 months), • Gmin – minimum required warranty period = 24 months, • Gmax – maximum scored warranty period = 60 months, • W – criterion weight = 40 points.
