What the buyer wants

The subject of the contract is the delivery of network equipment to the Technical and General Schools Team No. 2 in Katowice as part of the project "In pursuit of technology - modern vocational training in response to future needs". A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract shall be given in Annex 4 to the WWZ, which shall be a description of the equipment offered.

  1. The contractor will provide the equipment to the Contracting Authority at its own expense and with its own effort in the amount specified by the Contracting Authority.
  2. The order must be executed with due care, in accordance with the current regulations, and the contract terms and conditions, the model of which is Annex 3 to the WWZ.
  3. The Contractor shall bear full responsibility for any acts or omissions of his own, his employees and the entities he uses or uses to carry out the contract.

Wykonawca dołącza do oferty oświadczenie, o którym mowa w art. 125 ust. 1 ustawy Pzp, o niepodleganiu wykluczeniu w zakresie wskazanym w pkt. 7.1 SWZ. Oświadczenie to stanowi dowód potwierdzający brak podstaw wykluczenia na dzień składania ofert.Oświadczenie należy złożyć zgodnie ze wzorem stanowiącym załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. 1.4. Oświadczenie, o którym mowa w pkt. 8.1.3 składają odrębnie każdy spośród wykonawców wspólnie ubiegających się o udzielenie zamówienia.
  2. Ponadto do oferty należy załączyć: 2.1. Pełnomocnictwo do reprezentowania Wykonawcy – jeżeli zostało ustanowione bądź do reprezentowania Wykonawców wspólnie ubiegających się o zamówienie (dotyczy również spółki cywilnej);
