Development and maintenance of the NDR class detection and risk analysis platform with technical support for 36 months

1.The object of the order is to expand and maintain the GreyCortex Mendel platform based on a physical system server for detection and risk analysis in the Network Detection and Response (NDR) class network, along with technical support for a period of 36 months or delivery of an equivalent solution. 2.The system is required to be expanded by four network sensors working with GreyCortex Mendel software, allowing analysis of network traffic with an average bandwidth of at least 100 Mbps for each of the four additional locations. The solution can be provided as a VM compatible VMware. Additional sensors must be supplied in the form of perpetual licenses along with a technical support period identical to the support of the main GreyCortex Mendel license. 3.Detailed requirements concerning the subject of the contract are included in the Description of the subject matter of the contract, which is Annex No 1 to the EGM and in the Important provisions of the contract, which are Annex No 3 to the EGM. 4.In performance of the Subject of the Contract, the Contractor shall in particular: Contractors with a dimension of 4 service hours per month for 36 months (i.e. a total of 144 service hours) under the terms set out in the Order Description (Annex No 1 to the SWZ) and § 5 Important provisions of the contract (Annex No 3 to the SWZ); (b) providing the Contractor with access to technical support provided by the entity that is the author of the application software on the terms set out by that entity on the terms set out in the Order Description (Annex No 1 to the SWZ) and in the essential provisions of the contract (Annex No 3 to the SWZ); (c) providing the Contracting Authority with three trainings (one training once a year) for administrators of the Contracting Authority with regard to the administration of the system implemented in accordance with the Order Description (Annex No 1 to the SWZ)*; *The total cost of the training organisation belongs to the Contractor d)The Contractor must have the status of a partner of the manufacturer of the offered Software. 5.If an equivalent solution is offered, the Contractor shall in particular: (a) provide the subscription of the software to the delivered solution for a period of 36 months, (b) implement the provided software, preceded by a pre-implementation analysis by the Contractor, resulting in the development of technical implementation documentation. As part of the implementation work, the Contractor will install, configure the system, test the implemented software in accordance with the technical documentation of implementation and conduct three trainings (once a year) for the Contracting Administrators in the management of the implemented system. (c) the provision of a technical support service of 4 hours per month for 36 months (i.e. a total of 144 service hours) in accordance with the terms set out in the Description of the subject matter of the contract (Annex 1 to the SWZ) and in § 5 Important provisions of the contract (Annex 3 to the SWZ); 6.The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the manner in which the contract was carried out are set out in Annex 1 to the WWZ – Description of the subject of the contract and in Annex 3 to the WWZ – Important provisions of the contract. 7. The Contractor whose offer will be deemed to be the most advantageous shall be obliged before signing the contract to lodge a security for the performance of the contract in the amount and form specified in Chapter XVI of the SWZ. 8.
