Development and purchase of a mobile application for the sewerage of tourist traffic

1. The subject of the contract is the development and purchase of a mobile application for the sewerage of tourist traffic2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is given in Annex 1 to the SWZ. 3. If the Contracting Authority has indicated in the description of the subject matter of the contract the trademarks, the manufacturer, the supplier, the approvals, the designation of standards, patents or the origin of materials, the source or specific process which characterises the products or services supplied by the particular Contractor, it shall be permitted to offer equivalent solutions described, provided that they maintain the same minimum technical, qualitative and functional parameters, etc. 4. The contractor who invokes equivalent solutions shall demonstrate that the solution offered by him meets the requirements laid down by the Contracting Authority. In such a case, the Contractor shall attach to the offer a list of equivalent solutions together with its description or standards. 5. Where reference is made to the standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the Agreement, The Contracting Authority allows equivalent solutions.
