Development of the radio communication system for crisis management, civil protection and civil protection of the Brzeski District and municipalities

1. The subject of the contract is the development of a radio communication system for crisis management, civil protection and civil protection of the Brzeski District and municipalities under the Civil Protection and Defence Programme for the years 2025 – 2026 2. Scope of delivery with configuration and assembly includes: 1) TETRA communication set – municipalities – 7 sets 2) TETRA communication set - District – 3 sets 3) DMR stationary radio for VHF band – 3 pieces 4) Power supply – 2 pieces 5) Antena VHF – 1 piece 6) KF communication set – 3 sets 3. The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the SWZ and the annexes, among others: detailed description of the object of the contract and offer of the Contractor. 4. Delivery of the item with transport, unloading will take place at the cost and risk of the contractor. 5. The Contracting Authority shall require that the equipment referred to in paragraph 2: (a) offered be brand-new, free from any defects and damage, without prior use and not subject to the rights of third parties. The Contracting Authority excludes the delivery of post-exhibition equipment, (b) it was complete and ready for use without additional purchases and costs, (c) it met all the standards imposed on such goods by Polish law, (d) it met all the requirements of products authorised for marketing and use in Poland. 6. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor: (a) to provide the equipment referred to in paragraph 2, at its own expense at the place determined with the Ordering Authority, to configure it and to assemble it at these locations. (b) provide maintenance instructions and technical documentation for the equipment offered in Polish. 7. Contractors and Contractors are obliged to cooperate in the performance of the contract in order to properly execute the order. 8. The Contractor shall grant a guarantee for the subject of the contract referred to in paragraph 2 for a period of 24 months from the date of signature of the receipt protocol. 9. The warranty for defects of the subject of the contract shall be 24 months from the date of signature of the receipt protocol.
