What the buyer wants
It is planned to conclude an EVB-IT contract to maintain the DGNSS service in the domestic area. The EVB-IT contract shall include the following services:
- restoration of the standard software: In the event of a fault, the client and server operating systems should be brought back into an operational state. (In addition to the operating system, this also includes other software components required by the AG, which will be listed below). In the event of a fault, any reception technology required for the DGNSS system should also be restored. Maintenance and restoration of the individual software at the required locations, see Appendix Location List: The software includes the following programs:
- Alberding Beacon.Net
- Euro.Net
- Alberding BeaconSiteControl
- Alberding BeaconSiteMonitor
- Alberding Modulator Control 1 and Modulator Control 2
- Alberding TxControl As part of the maintenance, current software statuses for the above-mentioned programs must be delivered after production maturity and installed on the components
- Implementation of the customer's IT security guidelines
- Any vulnerabilities to the components associated with the DGNSS service must be remedied within the period specified by a policy for patch and change management of the contractor
- The system shall be adapted in accordance with the requirements of BSI Grundschutz
- Provision of spare parts in accordance with the requirements of the client 5.
