Tenderers are registered in a company register or a trade register in the member state in which the tenderer is established. As described in annex XI of directive 2014/24/EU; suppliers from certain member states may have to fulfil other requirements in the mentioned annex. Minimum qualification requirements QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT: Tenderers shall be a legally registered company. DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENT: The Brønnøysund Register Centre will obtain a company registration certificate via the service eBevis for Norwegian tenderers. Sole proprietorships that are not registered in the Register of Business Enterprises must state this in the application letter. For these, the register printout from the Register of Entities will be sufficient documentation. The Brønnøysund Register Centre will collect it itself. Foreign tenderers must enclose certificates that show that they are a legally established company and that they are registered in the professional register as determined by the legislation in the country where the tenderer is established.
