The Swedish Migration Agency invites the application to participate in Dynamic Purchase System (DIS) regarding Software Solutions. DIS Software solutions include the delivery of software, licenses and associated services in a wide range of digital solutions. Essentially, this DIS call includes applications, cloud services and platforms that support various business processes, with security, data integration capabilities and advanced analytics.
Consulting services will also be requested for competences that staff IT and IT-related projects or activities during a system’s life cycle; from needs analysis to delivery and management, including migration and settlement. See section Definition of skill levels in commercial terms. The required level of competence will be specified in each Offer. The Supplier shall also be able to perform installation and maintenance work related to the delivery of the Service.
The delivery of services shall be carried out in accordance with the price and mission statement set out in the current Offer Invitation. The dynamic purchasing system refers to both ongoing assignments in terms of contracts for varying contract times and assignments in project form. The Swedish Migration Agency reserves the right to perform separate procurement for the services/products covered by the current DIS.
The Supplier shall have the ability and resources to deliver on the upcoming call for tenders from the start of the contract. The tender offer may include delivery as follows to the Swedish Migration Agency: License to be complete and functional for specified purposes. Documentation for Users. Training of Users. Consulting services related to the current service. The tender invitation from DIS will be made through renewed competitive supplies in each individual need.
The tender invitation will look different depending on the need for service and at the tender invitation, the evaluation model will be selected based on the current procurement item, e.g. the lowest price, cost, best price-quality ratio, etc.
