Ensuring licences, manufacturer support and operational support of Fidelis technology in ICT environment MHMP and MPP

The performance of the public contract is subject to the renewal and extension of Fidelis security technology in the ICT environment of the MHMP and MPP, including ensuring the operation of this system for both entities. The operational support for the MHMP also includes the operation of the PacketBroker technology. Fidelis Elevate technology is a key safety element of the MHMP, which ensures the detection, investigation, mitigation and remediation of cyber events. Currently, the MHMP operates the Fidelis Elevate technology in the range: o Fidelis Elevate Network 1Gbit - provides an in-depth analysis of network traffic on L2 - L7 layers with 90 days retention; o Fidelis Elevate Endpoint - analyses the behaviour of endpoints (5,300). (a) ensuring that the manufacturer's support for Fidelis Elevate Network (1 Gbit / retention 90 days) is provided for a period of 36 months; (b) ensuring the manufacturer's support for Fidelis Elevate Endpoint (5,300 end points) for a period of 36 months; (c) perpetual licences Fidelis Elevate Network 1Gbit with 90 days retention, including producer support for a period of 36 months; (d) the perpetual licence Fidelis Elevate Deception for the protection of 501 IP addresses, including producer support for a period of 36 months; (e) providing operational support to the system according to the Catalogue sheets for Fidelis and PacketBroker technology for a period of 36 months; (f) development work in the scope of 150 man-made (ČD) for the duration of the Treaty; (g) external services in the range of 10 ČD. (b) the Fidelis Network Sensor (HW) - 1 Gbit; o Fidelis Elevate Endpoint (1,400 end points), including producer support for a period of 36 months; o Fidelis Elevate Deception - 501 IP addresses including producer support for a period of 36 months; (d) providing operational support to the system according to the Catalogue sheets for Fidelis technology for a period of 36 months; (e) development work within the scope of 100 man-made (ČD) for the duration of the Treaty; f) Exite services in the range of 5 ČD. The execution of the contract will ensure the operation of key tools of cyber security MHMP and MPP, the protection and detection of modern APT (Advanced Persistent Threat) threats and the operation of key tools for the investigation of cyber events and incidents, the response to cyber incidents, including mitigation of impacts and possible remediation. The implementation and operation of this instrument will be carried out in full compliance with the requirements of Act No. 264 / 2025 Coll., on Cyber Security, as amended ("ZoKB '), related Decree No. 408 - No. 412 / 2025 Coll. (" VoKB') and NÚKIB regulations and guidelines.
