Ensuring technical support and further development of the ISOP

The purpose of this procurement procedure is in accordance with § 130 et seq. (a) Providing regular technical support to the System (hereinafter referred to as "Technical Support '), (b) Implementation of the Development and Adaptation System (hereinafter referred to as" Development'). The contracting authority requires the selected supplier to have its own cloud environment or to secure it for the purpose of fulfilling the subject of the VZ (the cost of securing the cloud environment will be part of the bidding price) in accordance with the requirements of Act No. 365 / 2000 Coll., on Information Systems of Public Administration. The selected supplier must comply with the rules of safe development according to ISO / IEC 27001 when performing the contract and fulfil the subject matter of the contract in accordance in particular with Act No. 264 / 2025 Coll., on Cybersecurity and the Directive on Network and Information Security 2 (NIS2). The detailed definition of the subject matter of this contract is contained in the annexes to the procurement documents, in particular Annex 3 to the ZD - Terms and Conditions - draft framework agreement and its annexes.
