What the buyer wants
1. The subject of the order is the purchase of technical support of the software manufacturer for a period of 36 months on the software held by the Contracting Authority Relative Database Management System (RDBMS). The technical support of the Software manufacturer covered by this proceeding is a service which is widely available on the market (COTS). The subject of the contract does not cover any installation or configuration work, but only an extension of the manufacturer's support. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in the Description of the subject matter of the contract (OPP), which is an annex No. 1 to the SWZ and in the Designed provisions of the contract (PPU), which is an annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
