The dynamic purchasing system targets telecommunications services - subscriptions and related expert work for Kuntien Tiera Oy and Kuntien Tiera Oy's customers. Municipal Tiera Ltd conducts procurement among authorised suppliers of the dynamic purchasing system through internal DPS competitions. Competitions may run throughout the duration of the procurement phase of the dynamic purchasing system. In the DPS area, Tiera can acquire services in accordance with the subject-matter of the dynamic purchasing system, either for a single or continuous need. Competitions may include not only services but also a limited amount of supplies, such as equipment or software required for the use of the service. A small amount here represents 20% of the total value of a single tender.
