What the buyer wants
The University of Zaragoza has a fixed telephone system and a mobile telephone system, both of which are made up of an internal short marking system, which makes it possible to view them as a single telephone system. Through both systems the university can communicate with each other and with the outside of the university. In order to maintain both communication systems, links with the Public Telefonic Network are necessary, since only internal communications between fixed phones would be possible; there would be no communication with the outside of the University (from fixed phones) or mobile phones. Both services are essential today for the normal development of university activity. The University's telephone system is constantly being adapted: the redistribution of spaces, the empowerment of new locations, the implementation of new buildings, require a change in the telephone system. On the other hand, telephone consumption is in the process of being changed by introducing new communication channels that change users' habits and change the usual use profiles. The Framework Agreement is therefore the best way to address this process as it allows the infrastructure to be adapted to the needs of the University.
