What the buyer wants
This service includes two different forms of work. On the one hand, the Managed Service modality includes the maintenance of the applications described in paragraph 2. Area 1 of the supporting memory and in the PPT On the other hand, the mode of Key in Hand Projects: for the implementation of a set of turnkey projects, to be carried out under the commitment of the contractor in the fulfilment of the planning, management, monitoring and quality aspects that the OEPM demands. The activities referred to in the object of the contract which have a specific duration and scope and which are not covered by the managed service modality shall also be carried out under the turnkey project modality. The specifications are found in paragraph 5 of the supporting memory and in the PPT.
El objeto del contrato comprende la prestación de los servicios necesarios para la gestión de incidencias, así como para el mantenimiento correctivo, adaptativo y evolutivo de las aplicaciones que dan soporte a los procesos de tramitación y gestión de la Oficina Española de Patentes y Marcas, O.A.

 Por un lado, la modalidad de Servicio Gestionado comprende el mantenimiento de las aplicaciones descritas en el apartado 2. Área 1 de la memoria justificativa y en el PPT
 Por otro lado, la modalidad de Proyectos Llave en Mano: para la realización de
 un conjunto de proyectos llave en mano, que se realizarán bajo el compromiso
 del contratista en el cumplimiento de los aspectos de planificación, gestión,
 seguimiento y calidad que la OEPM demande. También se realizarán bajo la
 modalidad de proyectos llave en mano las actividades indicadas en el Objeto del
 contrato que tengan una duración y ámbito concretos, y cuya realización no esté
 cubierta mediante la modalidad de servicio gestionado. Las especificaciones se encuentran en el apartado 5 de la memoria justificativa y en el PPT.
