The tenderer shall provide a declaration of valid ISO/IEC 27001 certification using the attached Form 08 Declaration Qualification. At the specific request of the issuing body, it will provide the relevant supporting documents. The tenderer shall declare the existence of BSI C5 certificates using the attached Form 08 Declaration Qualification. At the specific request of the issuing body, it will provide the relevant supporting documents.

Using the enclosed form 08 Declaration Quality, the bidder has to bear a declaration about the conclusion of a company liability insurance with a coverage amount, which is sufficient, in the context of the provision of services caused by him or her and consequential damages. to conclude a declaration of commitment by the tenderer to conclude an occupational liability insurance with corresponding cover in the event of a contract. A cover sum of at least € 1 million per claim is considered sufficient.

The bidder must make a declaration of compliance with the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act using the attached Form 08 Declaration Quality if the bidder employs more than 1,000 employees in Germany and has its registered office in Germany or has a branch in Germany as a foreign company. Using the attached Form 13 EU sanctions self-declaration, the tenderer has a declaration of ties with Russia in accordance with the "Council Regulation (EU) 2022/576 of 8". amending Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine Using the attached Form 08 Declaration Qualification, the bidder must make a declaration on the existence of a current economic information (not older than three months - in relation to the end of the offer period). At the specific request of the issuing body, it will provide the relevant supporting documents.

Using the enclosed Form 08 Declaration Qualification, the tenderer must submit the amount of the turnover of the last three completed financial years carried out with orders relating to the field of activity.

The tenderer must make a self-declaration about a registration of professional or commercial register using the attached Form 08 Declaration Qualification. At the specific request of the issuing body, it will provide the relevant supporting documents.
