What the buyer wants
The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of two framework contracts with one economic operator each for consultancy and services in the Salesforce environment. The framework contracts serve the needs-based use of support services for the further development, integration and operation of the “Salesforce landscape” used by the client. Specific individual contracts shall be awarded by separate entrustment during the term of the contract on the basis of the respective provisions of the framework contracts. The scope of the framework agreements includes in particular two service areas: consulting, introduction and further development services Support in the conception, introduction, integration and further development of the Salesforce landscape including coordination with participating internal and external project partners. Operational support services in system operation Provision of specific support services to ensure and further develop the ongoing operation of the Salesforce components used.
Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss von zwei Rahmenverträgen mit jeweils einem Wirtschaftsteilnehmer über Beratungs- und Dienstleistungen im Umfeld Salesforce. Die Rahmenverträge dienen der bedarfsgerechten Inanspruchnahme von Unterstützungsleistungen zur Weiterentwicklung, Integration und zum Betrieb der beim Auftraggeber eingesetzten „Salesforce Landschaft“. Die konkreten Einzelaufträge werden während der Vertragslaufzeit auf Grundlage der jeweiligen Regelungen der Rahmenverträge durch gesonderte Beauftragung vergeben.
