What the buyer wants
Delivery and support for notebooks according to the document "Minimum Technical Requirement" and delivery of docking stations according to the document "Minimum Technical Requirement". The IFB regularly needs various hardware and accessories to equip its growing number of employees, in particular notebooks and screens. IFB intends to conclude a framework agreement with one or more contractual partners for the procurement of uniform hardware.
Further services (dismantling and setup of the hardware, software distribution, updating of the operating system and Windows 11 software licensing pre-installed in the certificate of performance) are not part of the procurement procedure and are taken over by the IFB itself. The order is placed via a cascade principle with the three best placed companies. The runner-up will then be commissioned if the first-placed can not deliver within a set period of six weeks.
And the third-placed if the runner-up cannot deliver within a set deadline of six weeks. The exact procedure is described in the document "Framework Agreement" in the procurement documents. A guarantee of at least 48 months on all delivered products is required. Part of the service is also an extended business customer support for the notebooks (48 months, on site, the next day by the manufacturer or his representative). The devices offered must be in active manufacturer support for the planned period of use.
The manufacturer must ensure safety-relevant driver, firmware and BIOS updates through an automated driver supply during this period. The maximum total running time per device is: laptops: 1000 pieces, monitors: 1000 pieces, docking stations: 500 pieces There is no acceptance obligation for the client from the framework agreement.
