The requirement is to indicate the total annual turnover (net) and the annual turnover (net) with the services advertised or comparable here for the last 3 completed financial years (2023, 2024 and 2025). Comparable services are leasing, rental, device-as-a-service or comparable lifecycle management services for IT terminals. An average annual turnover with comparable services of at least EUR 1,000,000.00 net in the last three closed financial years (2023, 2024 and 2025) can be demonstrated.
Required are three company references from the last 3 years (2023, 2024, 2025) about previously executed or current comparable orders. In the case of contracts that have not been completed in the last 3 years, state the status achieved so far. Power levels not yet realized cannot be evaluated.
Comparable services are: framework agreements, leasing, rental or device-as-a-service contracts for the provision of IT terminal equipment including financing, delivery, contract management, take-back, data deletion or lifecycle management.
Three references of comparable performance, which meet the following minimum requirements, shall be provided: Each reference shall include at least 500 IT terminals. b At least one reference must include a device as a service, leasing or financing model. c) At least one reference must have a contract term of at least one. 24 months have d Each reference must include asset management, i.e. the management of device, serial number and inventory data, for the delivered IT terminals.
