Proof of registration in the commercial register: Current extract from the commercial register or a copy thereof (the extract should not be older than three months at the time of the deadline) or a comparable document. Foreign tenderers can prove their registration in the respective professional or commercial register in their country of residence by submitting appropriate documents in accordance with local regulations.

Tenderers shall declare the turnover of the last three financial years completed.

It is a statement showing the average number of employees of the company in the last three financial years, i.e. for the financial years completed in 2023, 2024, 2025, if they exist.

Language in which tenders and selection documents must be drawn up. The offer must be in all its components in German.

Company profile/presentation of the company The bidder must attach a company profile with the following information to the offer documents: • Date of establishment • Locations of the company • Legal form of the company • Registration court and registration number • Sales tax identification number (VAT ID) • Identification number (guideway ID) • Classification as an SME • Classification as a start-up • Listed on the stock exchange • Nationality of the beneficial owner of the company • Description of the core business

Proof of company certification/authorization The bidder must attach proof of certification/authorization at the manufacturers of the offered products to the offer document.
