Trade register (with the offer); No or other formal requirement: Commercial Registration Number or Alternative Registration Number for the information on the Competition Register in the Company Profile.

References (with the offer); No formal requirement or otherwise: Two (2) reference projects which are not older than five years and for which the subject-matter of the award is comparable with the present contract shall be proven. For this purpose, only the forms ("Form Reference") are to be used and the following instructions are to be observed. A separate form shall be completed for each reference. The comparability of the performance object is defined by the following parameters: - A reference must be completed or have already exceeded a term of 2 years. - The further reference must have been made in the last two years. This includes the commissioning and support of the license management tool SNOW at a public client of at least 10,000 devices. For this reference, at least three different employees were employed in different roles (technical, administrative and license management in Snow).
