Framework agreement with a single operator concerning the Digital newsstand service on a structured platform for the supply of newspapers, periodicals and ancillary services

The overall estimated value of the contract is equal to euro 3.315.504.00 (three million three hundred and fifteen thousandconquentfour/00), net of VAT and other taxes and legal contributions, with security costs for risks from interference equal to euro 0,00 (zero/00), for the maximum duration, including option of extension, pairs to 36 months.

This overall value is thus divided: or euro 1.991.716,00 for the basic duration of 24 months, consisting of: (i) euro 1.511.716,00, of which the unit prices for individual activations of subscriptions are reduced; (ii) euro 480.000,00 as a platform management fee, reporting and assistance, to be reduced; or euro 1.323.788,00 for the optional duration of additional 12 months, consisting of: (i) euro 1.083.788,00, of which the unit prices for the individual activations of subscriptions are reduced;

(ii) Euro 240.000,00 as a platform management fee, reporting and assistance, to be reduced; - with reference to the activations, the estimated amount represents a maximum amount of expenditure not reduced and not binding for Rai, up to competition of which the performance subject to the Quadro Agreement may be commissioned, through the issue of specific "actual subscriptions" whose contract amount is determined by applying the contractual prices below.
