In order to demonstrate the technical and professional capacity required for the performance of the contract, a self-declaration of the following company-related and appropriate references of the tenderer shall be provided: The tenderer has to provide a self-declaration about at least one and a maximum of five comparable, company-related references of the tenderer about previously performed services in the context of the digitization of state support procedures from the last maximum of five years, in each case with the following information: o Name and description of the reference o Indicate the value of the contract o Indicate the performance period o Indicate the contracting entity (name/address of the contracting entity and name of the contact person with the contracting entity with telephone number and e-mail address) o Indicate whether the subject of the digitization of state support procedures has been provided o Indicate whether the reference has been provided in conformity with the contract from the point of view of the reference contracting entity Comparability of the reference The company-related reference is considered to be comparable if all requirements are met cumulatively: o It is a reference about services in the context of the digitization of state support procedures o These are projects carried out by the bidder as main contractor with a contract value of at least EUR 1 million. o The development and maintenance of web applications were carried out. o The development took place with comparable technologies, i.e. the basic technologies of Racy10 and Racy25.
