Eligibility criterion 2.2 - Partner status ( EA 08 ) For the software you use as part of the offered services, you are a manufacturer or have a partner status or a comparable authorization from the respective manufacturer, who authorizes you to offer and support these products to end customers accordingly. This also applies to services to be provided within the service description (proof by certification or self-declaration).

Eligibility criterion 2.1.1 - Role 1: Project manager (EA 06) For proof of human capacity, please indicate in the attachment "Self-declaration of professionals" the number of technical specialists to be used in connection with the provision of services. In the field of service provision, the following minimum number per contract year is required: - Project manager: 2 technical specialists (FTE). Please submit a proof of this in the form of the completed attachment "Skilled worker self-declaration". In the case of consortia of bidders, the numbers of employees of the respective constellation of bidders are added. In the case of bidders involving other undertakings under the Eligibility Loan, each granting undertaking shall submit the completed "Skilled Person Self-Declaration" attachment. Therefore, the number of employees of the respective aptitude-providing company applies. The specialist "project manager" must meet the following requirements: General requirements for the external support staff: - Very good knowledge of the German language in word and writing, (each at least C1 according to CEFR) - Willingness to commit to the data secrecy according to § 53 Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) Professional requirements: professional and project experience: - at least 3 years of professional experience as project manager in projects of test implementation for personnel acquisition - knowledge or Experience in assuming test responsibility and sole contact person to the customer (SPoC) - Expertise in aptitude diagnostics Submit the self-declaration on the number of specialists with the system "Skilled specialists" as proof of the existence of the requirements of technical performance. Eligibility criterion 2.1.2 - Role 2: Test performers (EA 07) For proof of human capacity, please indicate in the attachment "Self-declaration of professionals" the number of technical specialists to be used in connection with the provision of services. In the area of service provision, the following minimum number per contract year is required: - Test performers: 5 technical specialists (FTE). Please submit a proof of this in the form of the completed attachment "Skilled worker self-declaration". Eligibility criterion 1.1 - Specific annual minimum turnover (EA 05) In order to demonstrate economic and financial capacity, the total turnover/turnover of the contract for the last three financial years shall be given. The required sector-specific minimum net turnover for each financial year is EUR 2,000,000 (net). The net annual turnover is then area-specific if it relates to the displayed service contents of the installation "Service Description". Please send the completed system self-declaration turnover, which proves the respective annual values of the last three financial years before order notice. In the case of groupings of bidders, the turnover of the respective bid constellation is added. In the case of a group of tenderers, the Annex self-declaration turnover shall be completed by the authorised member of the group of tenderers for the respective members of the group of tenderers. In the case of bidders involving other undertakings under the Eligibility Loan, the abovementioned minimum turnover for the last three financial years shall be disclosed by the undertaking providing the Eligibility Loan. Please send the completed plant self-declaration turnover for each suitability granting company. If you cannot provide the documents for legitimate reasons, please inform the awarding authority of the ITZBund of these reasons and provide other suitable proof of economic and financial capacity. The awarding authority shall then, at its reasonable discretion, decide on the acceptance of the alternative proof. If you are uncertain about this, please contact the awarding authority in good time before the expiry of the offer period in the form of an applicant/tenderer question.
