Framework contract PET development service

1. Qualification for professional practice (with the offer; by means of self-declaration): - proof of existence upon registration in the commercial, cooperative or partnership register or an association register of a federal state of the Federal Republic of Germany by indicating the registration type, the register court and the register number; as an alternative, by submitting a copy of the application or registration certificate to prove the correct business registration/transregistration, not older than 12 months in German (cf. notice). - Declaration on the absence of grounds for exclusion according to §§ 123, 124 GWB, (cf. notice). - Where necessary: joint tender declaration, subcontractor declaration, subcontractor undertaking declaration. (see notice).

2. Economic and financial capacity (with the offer); By self-declaration: - Statement on the total turnover of the bidder/group of bidders and the turnover for corresponding services in the last three completed financial years (cf. notice). - self-declaration on the inventory/conclusion/increase of a valid industrial liability insurance with a minimum cover sum of 5,000,000 EUR lump sum for personal, property and property damages per insurance case and insurance year (cf. notice).

3.0 Technical and professional performance (with the offer); By self-declaration: - Statement on the number of employees who were used for corresponding services in the last three completed financial years (see notice). - Statement on the number of employees who can be used and communicated for the corresponding service at the current time (see notice) differentiated according to the number of internal and external employees. The following minimum requirement shall apply: The corresponding service includes the provision of PET developers. The total number of employable employees (= internal and external MA) must include at least 20.

3.1 References (with the offer); By self-declaration: at least one reference for a comparable project from the last three completed financial years, indicating the scope of the project, reference provider, execution period & Contact person including telephone number (cf. notice). This is considered comparable if the size of the project is as close as possible to this call for tenders. This is the case if: provision of at least one PET developer (own or external employees) in the PET environment over a period of 12 months for a project with a total project scope of at least 90 person-days provided.
